Rhonda Staskow is the Regional Director, Foreign Exchange for IFR Markets Forex Watch with over 19 years experience in the financial markets. Rhonda provides daily commentary on USD/JPY, EUR/JPY and NZD/USD for IFR Markets Forex Watch. She focuses on daily market commentary and breaking news, with special expertise in dollar bloc currencies and Japanese yen. She has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Utah along with a certificate in political science. Prior to joining IFR Markets, Rhonda worked as a corporate dealer for First Security Bank in the U.S. before moving to Australia, where she worked for State Bank Victoria (now CBA) as well as Bank of Tokyo. In Australia, while working for Thomson, she was the regional director for Asia for eight years, developing an Asian emerging market currency module for the company.
