Become a Member

ISE is a registered national securities exchange with more than 100 broker-dealer members. There are three types of ISE members:

Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Applicant must be a registered U.S. broker-dealer.
  • Applicant must be a member of at least one other self-regulatory organization (“SRO”).
  • Applicant must either be an OCC/NSCC member or submit a clearing guarantee from an ISE clearing firm.

Application Process
All broker-dealers seeking trading privileges with ISE must complete a Member Application.
