Mr. Lehman has been a director of the
ISE since July 2004. He is Head of Global
Volatility Arbitrage at Citadel Investment
Group, L.L.C. and currently heads the
Global Options business for Citadel.
Mr. Lehman joined Citadel in 1996 as
a trader in the Japanese Convertible
Bond Trading Group. Mr. Lehman holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania.
