John Ryan is the Technology Architecture Officer of ISE. Mr. Ryan joined ISE in 2001 and has over 20 years of systems development experience. Before joining ISE, Mr. Ryan was Vice President of Engineering at ShadowTV.com. His prior experience also includes serving as a consultant to Citigroup where he was lead architect of a global, electronic banking platform. Mr. Ryan is a graduate of DeVry Institute of Technology.
