Mr. Flynn has been a director of ISE since May 2005. Mr. Flynn has been an
options trader for Timber Hill LLC since 1997. Mr. Flynn is also a member of
Interactive Brokers Group LLC, the parent company of Timber Hill LLC. Mr. Flynn
is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, where he received a B.S.
degree in Economics.
