FAQ - Fee Agencies

If you are a third party fee agency and are having problems submitting a candidate's resume please refer to the following guidelines.

Submission of the same candidate more than once per company is prohibited.
Login and passwords are provided by the customer company only. OpenHire Inc., will not provide agency logins.
Agency technical support is provided by the customer company, not OpenHire Inc., the provider of this interface.

If you are experiencing a specific error message please refer to this list of common errors and their resolutions.

ERROR: "Duplicate resume"

Either the candidate has already submitted a resume themselves, another agency has submitted this candidate's resume or your agency has submitted this resume in the past. Each resume submitted must have a unique email address and phone number. If the resume being input has the same email address, phone number, or both, then the resume will be considered a duplicate, and the entry will be blocked.

ERROR: "Invalid Login"

You may have typed in your username and/or password incorrectly or your CAPS LOCK button may be enabled on your keyboard. Logins are only given out to preferred agencies by the customer company. If you are sure that your login and password have been typed in correctly and your CAPS LOCK key is not on, a security setting on your local browser may be causing the error. See the explanation for ERROR: "Invalid Credentials (0). Cookies not enabled."

ERROR: "Invalid Credentials (0). Cookies not enabled"

You may get this error if your web browser is not configured to accept cookies generated by third party websites. Please locate your web browser version below and follow the instructions for enabling cookies on your particular version. Once you have done this, close this window and retry your login.

To enable cookies in Internet Explorer 5.0 or 5.5:
1. From the tools menu in Internet Explorer choose internet options
2. Go to security tab
3. Click the custom level button
4. Set cookies to active
5. Click OK

To enable cookies in Internet Explorer 6
1. from the tools menu in Internet Explorer choose internet options
2. Go to the Privacy tab
3. Set slider to Low
4. Click OK

To enable cookies in Netscape 4.3 - 4.8
1. From the Edit menu, choose Preferences
2. Click the Advanced category
3. Select the Accept All Cookies radio button
4. Click OK
Important: In most cases, "Accept all cookies" is the best choice. The second button means that your computer will not send a cookie to a server that did not originate it.
To enable cookies in Netscape 6 or 7
1. From the edit menu, choose Preferences
2. Click on Privacy and Security on the left hand menu
3. Click on Cookies
4. Click on Enable all Cookies and click OK.

To enable cookies in Mozilla Firefox
1. From the tools menu, choose Options
2. Click on the Privacy icon on the left menu
3. Click on Cookies
4. Check Enable Cookies
5. Check Accept Cookies Normally
6. Click OK

Another good measure to take is to add OpenHire (http://hr.iseoptions.com) to your list of Trusted Sites. This is on the Security tab of all versions of Internet Explorer.

1. Highlight the trusted sites icon
2. Click the "Sites" button
3. Uncheck "Require server verification"
4. Add http://hr.iseoptions.com
5. Click OK

If none of the above work and you are still unable to log in as an Agency, you may need to empty your web browser's internet cache.

Internet Explorer 5.0 and up
1. From Internet Explorer click on Internet Options on the tools menu
2. General Tab / delete all temporary internet files and offline content.
3. Advanced Tab / Scroll to Security header and check "Clear temporary internet files folder every time browser is closed."
4. Apply and close browser session
5. Restart browser go back to site to submit resume.

Netscape 4.3 and up
1. Click on the edit menu and choose Preferences
2. On left menu, click on Advanced then click on Cache
3. Press the Clear Memory Cache button
4. Press the Clear Disc Cache button (in Netscape 6/7 this is called Clear Cache
5. Press OK

Mozilla Firefox
1. Click on the Tools menu and choose Options
2. Click the Privacy icon on the left menu
3. Click the Clear button next to the Cache heading 4. Click OK
