ISE is currently looking for a dynamic Senior Software Quality Management Associate to join our Process and Quality Management Group.

Responsibilities to include:

Software Testing

• Perform user acceptance and regression testing on internally developed billing applications to certify them for production implementation
• Develop test plans and project plans, based on overall project requirements
• Create, maintain and update test cases and regression scripts, based on business requirements
• Reporting and managing software issues and test activities throughout the software development lifecycle
• Wherever possible use Automation and other Industry best practices to enhance the testing process

Experience Required/Results Expected:

• 3-7 years of relevant IT experience.
• 3-7 years testing experience.
• Knowledge of the Software development life-cycle.
• Familiarity with Process and Procedures as they pertain to test and industry standards.
• Independent Testing of Client Server based applications.
• Experience with developing test scripts and test plans.
• Financial industry experience (stocks, options, futures) a significant plus.
• Familiarity with billing applications a significant plus
• Must be self starter and have the ability to work independently and within a team. Strong analytical skills and multi-tasking required.
• Strong communication skills are required, frequent interaction with internal and external customers.
