ISE is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our Technology team in the Change Management & Technical Support Group.
Responsibilities to include:
- Define and assist in change management activities for the ISE Internal Development systems.
- Define and perform technical testing for ISE Internal Development Systems.
- Build knowledge base to provide supplemental support in emergency situations to L1 support staff.
- Define and coordinate as well as assist Development Product Support with weekend test activities.
Experience Required/Results Expected:
- 2-5 plus years of relevant IT experience and testing experience.
- Windows API, Windows.NET, SQL Server - A MUST. Trading Applications a plus.
- Experience with change management process and procedure
- Trading Application Professional
- Windows scripting, Perl, DOS, Shell.
- Must be self starter and have the ability to work independently and within a team. Strong analytical skills and multi-tasking required.
