ISE is a registered national securities
exchange with over 100 broker-dealer members. There are three types
of ISE members:
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Applicant must be a registered U.S. broker-dealer
- Applicant must be a member of at least one other self-regulatory organization ("SRO")
- Applicant must either be an OCC member or submit a clearing guarantee from an ISE clearing firm

of Fees.
All broker-dealers seeking trading privileges on the ISE must complete a Member
Application.
