Becoming a Member

ISE is a registered national securities exchange with over 100 broker-dealer members. There are three types of ISE members:
ELIGIBILITY

Applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Applicant must be a registered U.S. broker-dealer
  • Applicant must be a member of at least one other self-regulatory organization ("SRO")
  • Applicant must either be an OCC member or submit a clearing guarantee from an ISE clearing firm

APPLICATION PROCESS

All broker-dealers seeking trading privileges on the ISE must complete a Member Application.
