ISE Names Boris Ilyevsky Managing Director of ISE’s Options Exchange

NEW YORK, June 9, 2008 – The International Securities Exchange (ISE) announced today that the Board of Directors promoted Boris Ilyevsky to an officer position. As Managing Director of the options exchange, Mr. Ilyevsky will oversee the growth and development of the world's largest equity options market.

“We are very pleased to add Boris Ilyevsky to ISE's officer team,” said Gary Katz, ISE's President and Chief Executive Officer. “Boris has been an instrumental member of the ISE since the Exchange's inception, and this promotion recognizes his significant contributions and expanded responsibilities in managing the day-to-day operations of our options exchange.”

With ISE since early 1999, Mr. Ilyevsky has also held several key positions in Marketing, Technology and Market Operations. Mr. Ilyevsky is a graduate of New York University with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Politics.
