These companies are not affiliated with the ISE, and the ISE does not endorse, recommend or support the use of any particular product that may be offered by them. While each application must be tested with the ISE before it may be utilized by our members, this test merely confirms message format compatibility. The ISE makes no representations or warranties whatsoever with respect to an application's functionality or fitness for a particular use. In no event shall the ISE be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of such product.
